Just looking for a little info. I've been using Breezebowser Pro for a few days now. Primarily for viewing but I've also been using it for RAW conversion for Canon 40D RAW files. I've been looking at the forums and have seen some posts saying it isn't the best for RAW conversion, but I've found it easier to use than Canon DPP and CS2 doesn't support 40D RAW files. Has anyone who has tried the new version of Breezebrowser have any comments on it's RAW conversion?

I used to use Breeze Browser and had no problems with it, but it doesn't (at the moment) support the new Pentax K10D, which I now use.. I suggest you email Chris and ask him about the magenta cast.

Hi Jeff, can you tell me more about the magenta cast, I don't seem to be seeing it.

This is not a definitive opinion.
I downloaded Breezebrowser las month and used it until the trial period expired. I also was using DPP for the first time. Although Breezebrowser had been enthusiastically recommended to me, I couldn't see that either had any great advantage over the other. I'm wasn't terribly impressed by either one of them. Now, I'm using DPP, simply because I already paid for it when I bought the camera. I didn't see any good reason to buy Breezebrowser. Maybe I missed something.

I've tried DPP as well. The thing I really like about BB Pro is the directory(folder) window that lets you organize things so much easier. I'm actually getting my images organized finally, that was always one of my biggest challenges.
