Went out yesterday morning as the sun was out to look for some fungi in the woods behind my house. Unfortunately most of them have past their prime. Then I came across a small cluster of a fairly large mushroom. So I thought I'd try something different this time. Question is, does it work for you?

Thanks for looking!

Smart looking image Des - very nice :toast: :toast:

What's going on at the top RH corner though - you seem to be losing contrast

Nice to know it worked for some of you....

Andy - good eye as usual, it's the sun coming through. This is full frame and I guess the s'hroom is quite big enough

That's a really neat shot - good stuff! The strong contrasting light really works well.

Absolutely - really nice abstract. Strong contrast and the strong diagonals make it work for me. Tristan
