I was searching the web for prices on Photoshop CS3 and came across a site that has a download version of the extended version for $149.95 and that just seems too cheap. The site is http://bargainsoftwaredownload.com. Has anyone on here ever downloaded from this site?

Dale, it might be an upgrade, not the full version.

It's probably an illegal or cracked version. I would stay away from them

Read Carefully from their terms and conditions:
2. Basic conditions of purchasing at BargainSoftwareDownload.com online store
2.1. You are purchasing for our service to create a archive copy of the software.
2.2. You CANNOT register the software with the manufacturer and updates are available not for
all the products;
2.3. You DO NOT receive printed license documentation;
2.4. You DO NOT receive a copy of the software on a disk; The software is delivered electronically
by downloading.
2.5. You will thoroughly follow the downloading and installation instructions;
2.6. The Store will assist you with downloading and installation issues. We will not provide
technical support after the software product is downloaded and installed; neither will it be available
from the manufacturer of the software product.
With such generous terms, I wouldn't be surprised if they include free spyware in their download. Just imagine all the spam from their best buddies!

You think that's cheap, my local software store has the whole of CS3 for 2000 Baht ($60). But then, I do live in Thailand.

Wow, Ian. Time to buy 50 of them, mark them up to $300 and start shipping them here to needy customers who want the whole CS3 but don't want to pay the $600 plus.
