Has Anyone Bought from CameraAddict.com? Too cheap?

CameraAddict.com is selling the Canon 40D for $664, which is almost half the price at B&H and other sites.
Conversely, CameraAddict is selling a 4gb CF card for $1500, rather than the usual $70 at other places.
I called and asked the sales rep if these prices were typos. He told me to do some research and hung up.
Is this too good and/or too bad to be true?

Google is your friend.
If it's too good to be true...

I did some checking after I posted...very, very bad news.
Thanks, Mark. I found the same kind of answers on other sites, too.

Some good, legitimate places to buy in the US that most people here would agree with:
B&H
Midwest Photo Exchange
Badger Graphics
The last two are best know for their large format selection. There are a couple of other good places that others will certainly contribute, but these are the ones I deal with exclusively.
My first choice is Midwest, mainly because I live about 3 miles from them.
A basic rule of thumb - any company that advertises prices significantly different from the competition should be avoided like the plague. Actually, from some of the stories I have seen, the plague might be preferable in some cases..
The prices at most reputable companies should be similar, since there isn't a huge markup on cameras or lenses (say a four fold markup). There is some room for different prices, but $660 for a new 40D just isn't right.
I think your first clue was the "told me to do some reseach and hung up" - wouldn't that be sort of a clue about the lack of customer service right there?!

A good site to check before you order http://www.resellerratings.com/

I bought my Canon 40D from http://www.shopsunshine.com/ . A friend recommend it to me and they have good prices too. The only thing that I don't like about the website is you have to call to get some of the prices (to increase sales I would guess). They were very friendly on the phone though. One of the flashed that I got with my camera broke, but they replaced it at no cost and payed for shipping too. Just thought I would throw out another option for you.

I checked and the news didn't sound good either. Here is what I found:
Review by caro, submitted 7/6/07.
Quality of retailer website 4 / 5
Standard of service - items in stock 1 / 5
Quality of sales service and warranty 1 / 5
Standard of service - ordering 1 / 5
Summary STAY AWAY from this vendor!!!
It's a bait and switch company. When I found out about it and tried to cancel my order, I got a rude answer and hung up on.
The phone number listed on their website is useless! No one picked up! When the price is too good to be true, be very wary.

Summary I ordered a Canon camera body from them after getting a lens. The price was the same as B & W, Wolf and Ritz. It was to ship on June 01 and arrive June 05. On the 1st I get a call from Camera Addict to call Amex for credit card check they gave me the number (never take a number). I call and all sound ok. Later that day it hit me, the number. So I called Amex and found out someone had tried to order a computer value $5,500. from a company in TX. No I am not saying it was them but the timing smells. Amex was on the ball and the fake order was killed.
No I have not recieved the camera body and I will be shocked to hear from them.
I agree with Dan on B&H since I have dealt with them a few times. They were very quick with delivery and one time I had to return a lens and it came off my credit card within about a week.

I have also done business with B&H and never have had a problem. One other company I use that seems to have a good selection of used and new stuff at decent prices is KEH. They have also never given me a problem.
