Hi to all,

Does anyone know how Clive S is doing , I haven't seen any posts from him in a while , he used to post those very nice high speed flash shots of butterflies , hope he's well.

Andy...

Come to that - where's John Chapman - not seen him on here for ages

Over the last approx 5 years I have realised that, as time marches on, people who where previoulsy active become inactive and vice-versa: most reasons for this change have nothing to do with this forum nor photography - just life.

Clive_S last posted on the 06/06 and John Chapman on the 1st March. ( This information is a one off, I don't do this as a membership service )

That said it is good to see people wondering where others are.

One person who really hasn't posted for a long long time is Neil Higginson, he used to post here all the time and after he bought my 500mm and 300mm lenses off me (nearly 3 years now) ago and we haven't heard off him since!?

Last time I spoke to Neil he had moved his photographic interest to more reportage and papers.

That explains why he needed all those telephoto lenses..he's gone and joined the paperazzi....
