Have'nt been out for a few weeks due to one thing or another,but bought myself a new lens at the weekend.Which obviously caused the torrential rain for the past 3 days.Tonight is dry and largely clear so I pointed skyward and shot me a moon.

Cool shot! Is that 500/4 your new lens? If so, enjoy. Wouldn't sell mine for anything..well, maybe a cheeky 600 :wink:

Beautiful, I've not had time to look at the moon for a long time. Excellent quality - not even a hint of chromatic abberation. Tristan
