This was a few days ago. but I felt it would be worthwhile posting. I edited the snow a little making it brighter. Not really too sure on how to keep the snow white while keeping the rest of the scene as I saw it.

Nice images. I like how you brightened the snow on the first image. Also really like the color of the sky and clouds.

It looks pretty good Paul.
You might try curves. Setting a curve that is linear until the brights should allow you to increase the brightness of the snow without causing too many problems in the rest of the image. That said, I think the snow does look a bit brighter than the scene indicates. If you shot raw, you might try increasing the exposure or brightness until the scene looks about right, then apply the curves adjustment I spoke of afterwards to bring just the snow up.
