Bride of "Keep or Trash?"
Piggybacking on Stan's post, how about some feedback on this shot? I didn't have anything other than white sky to work with, but I liked the flow of the rest of the elements. Is that enough to make this work? Is there anything else to hate about this?

Todd I agree with the flow and content completely, now I am viewing this from my WORK CRT Screen at HP, but it's a bit flat for me, lacking your normal Color Punch and counter punch.

The Negative space of the bare white sky , while minimised is still a downer man. I see what seems to be some warm tones spotting in the scene and I wonder if it's bare bark I'm seeing on some trees or some light coming from of right.

I would crop off the red rock area on the left. Distracting I think. It would be hard for me to trash this one. I'd almost try seriously darkening the foreground trees - given the white sky. Go really high key.

Todd, I considered several crops here that would make it more attractive to me but to be perfectly honest - if it were my capture I would likely not use it.

Whenever I get a sky like that my first thought is will it work in B and W. Maybe crop that bit on the left with the red earth showing. Nothing I see from you is a total wipe Todd but I'm sure your standards are higher than mine.

Seems a bit Cyan to me. Crop of the sky and I think its good to go.

Agree with Guy. The white sky really hurts this pic. And compared to your usual high quality work with lighting, composition, and clouds, this appears rather ho hum.

Sorry, but I'm in the trash images with a white sky camp.

Ill echo the comments from my post, and say crop the top (just above the lhs hill) and you have a great shot!

Well, the verdict is in. You guys are all bastards. This is one of my favorite photos EVER, and I can't believe so many of you had disparaging things to say about it. I am deeply crushed! I thought you guys were my friends. Now I have to go find a new group of friends. I'll NEVER forgive ANY of you for this!!! Not just those who said mean things, but also those who didn't stand up for my clearly superior work of photographic art. You should all be ashamed. Now go stand in a corner.

Oh, and also, you all confirmed my suspicions, so, like, thanks and stuff.

Oh btw, it's still trademarked 'Todd Cloudle'
