I like this detail and composition here, but I think it could use a tad bit of brightening to bring out the highlights and the green stems. In general it looks a little flat.

I agree with Chris. The closest petal edges seem just a tad out of focus.

Richard: I agree with the others, the petals are a bit dull. I feel that if you increase the highlights a bit, the slightly oof petal edges may not appear important. Beautiful white streaks in the petals.
