Hi all,
I have my website on-line and would appreciate any comments, good and bad.
Although I work in IT, I'm involved in the networking and server side of things and have no experience or particular skills in website design, and it no doubt shows, but I've done my best! Although not totally finished, most of it contains content.
I have purposely not used thumbnails as I've designed the site as I'd like to view images (quickly scrolling), so be interested to know your thoughts on the lack of thumbnails.
This isn't a commercial site, but a site for others to view my images, hence I've designed it accordingly.
I also haven't used frames so the left hand navigation will disappear whilst scrolling (I may change this depending on people's feedback).
If you have a moment, please have a look and please let me know of any errors, links missing or browser incapatabilities.
Much appreciated

Hi Graeme,
Looks very good. Easy to navigate, nice page layouts and good colours. No errors to report. I like the format as it is.
Regards

Which version?
You need any help just give me a holla mate - use it every day
At least the nav links have stopped flashing
Download Firefox and also download Opera and instal them on your machine.
When you save a page design you can preview it in all three - useful thing to do as Firefox, IE and Opera are the 3 common browsers.
Just checked your meta tags - is it Dreamweaver MX by any chance?
Your tags need building up with keywords, your pages could do with longer meta names containing key words too - again give me a call matey.
If you/we generate a robots.txt file and an xml sitemap file I'll guide you through the free Google webmaster 'stuff' and get those Google spiders crawling your pages - is the world ready for the G-MAN???..........god help us all!
Very nice site - I am impressed with the non-thumbnail approach and ease of use. Also the pics which are super

Hi Graeme
Very impressive especially as it is all your own work. Great opening page and the site is well laid out and easy to navigate - I fail to see how it's intended audience could fault it. Great pictures as always!

Looks fine to me Graeme. Only error I've noticed is at the bottom of the tits page - there's a rather unhappy looking blue tit labelled as a LTT. Lot of fine pics and some interesting location comments.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Nice to know all that time spent wasn't wasted. I will sort that Blue Tit in disguise once and for all...later!
Andy, I use the Web Premium CS3 version of Dreamweaver. MX? pahh! Mind you, couldn't use that either

Hi Graeme. Super images on there mate - you've certainly perfected the diffused background style. I think the site works well even with the menu disappearing. Its obvious to use and doesn't take any time to go through. Just a small point - I think there are quite a few similars on the 'Tits' page, but they are all cracking!
