This was taken just a few minutes after the previous Cloud Mountain shot. I liked this image more as a B&W since there was very little actual color in it. There were two thoughts that drew me to this comp. The first was the layers created by the foreground, the cloud and the mountain top. The second was the diagonal from the trees in the lower lhc to the mountain top in the upper rhc. I am not considering this a completed work, over time I think this can be improved on. Does this work for anyone, any suggestions on where I can improve the image at? As always thanks for looking and comments always welcome.
David, I like the image with its repeating patterns. The whole image seems a little dark overall. A little brightness boost should help considerably. I might clone out the little wisp of cloud on the far left. My eye seems to be drawn over there. Great eye on this one.

David, good eye on this one. I too like the repeating patterns and diagonal movement in this scene. It seems a bit soft on my monitor and I think it could benefit from setting a white point and a little contrast boost.

David, I too noticed the repeating diagonal shapes. And I like how you composed this with the mountains in the background...it adds a lot of depth to the scene. It seems the method you used to convert this to B&W made the foreground trees too black and left the rest of the shot with not enough contrast. You might try another conversion method.

Dominic, thanks for the suggestion of cloning the small clouds out to clean the sky up a bit, hadn't really paid attention to that area.
Wayne, and John thanks also for the suggestion about increasing the contrast. I tried a couple of conversion methods, I'll keep working on this one. I did notice a loss of detail and the dark areas blocked up more when I resized the image for the web, something I'll keep in mind for the next time I post a rework of this one.
