Costco Printing question???

I am seriously considering having a bunch of 12x18's printed out at Costco using the profiles from Dry Creek Photo http://www.drycreekphoto.com/ especially after reading the reviews as being so good and the cost next to nothing. What I am wondering is this, do you have to have a Costco card when using their photo service?? Does anyone know???
