Goldfinch
The only upside of this weather is that I get all the hides at the local reserve to myself. I was hoping just to see the lesser spotted woodpecker rumoured to be in the area, but it didn't show so I passed the time trying to get passable shots of more obliging species in the half- light. This was the best of the day.
C&C very welcome

Hi Eric,

Well done for going out on such a terrible day! Couple of things needed to improve this IMO, is to have a bit more room at the bottom, some off of the top, and crop closer to the tail and give it more space to look into,so it's not so central.

HTH

The techs show what conditions were like so I have nothing but admiration for anything produced on a day like that!
