Here is a link to an image I have been working on for 3 days or so now. Been laid up in bed with the flu so have been working on this a few minutes at a time as a another test of my new monitor. Here is a link as I didn't want to compress it as much as I would have had to here if anyone feels like taking a look. thanks

Well, I have a calibrated monitor and this one likes right on colorwise to me. You must have spent some time because that water looks about as white and clear as it gets. It's a keeper to me.

Thanks, Adrian - appreciate it! I calibrated mine too with the Eye One I have.

I'm also using the Eye One (on an NEC LCD2070NX, not a great monitor, but not bad either). It's always hard to assess calibration without comparing a known standard, but the photo looks good. The shadows seem a bit heavy on the rocks in the bottom of the waterfall on my monitor, but the rest is great. The water is holding very good detail.
This is a nice one artistically too, I especially like how the green frames the falls.

Beautiful frame Ned. The white has good detail, but the shadows details are quite dark on mine. Maybe it's time for me to recheck callibration...

Thanks for the additional comments. In my raw conversion I purposely added a little more to the blacks because I like the darker look. It looks dark on my own screen too. All of your feedback is greatly appreciated.
