Orange-breasted Trogon
Khao Yai NP, Thailand, a couple of years ago. Can't remember the techs but the ISO must have been high. Shot with 10D and 300/4 + 1.4X converter.

A run through the Shadow/Highlight tool in CS2/3 to bring down the bright BG and to make the subject pop more, would help this IMO.I just find the BG is overpowering the subject.

He's a cracking looking chap :cool:

Nice picture, but I would like to see a bit more light on the face and a slightly less intrusive background. The brown patch (leaves?) in front of his face draws my eye particularly.
