I would suggest that it needs slightly more sharpening and a wee bit of levels work. It also needs a bit cropped of the space at the top - which I haven't done.

i.e. (hope you don't mind) see above - but it is all subjective.

Thanks for your advice Tom, I agree with Edwin - I like the second post best! I must admit that I darkened it a bit because it was getting a bit hot on the bill and the RHS feathers, but you are quite right it looks a lot fresher this way.
