Canon EOS 1D MKII, 300mm f4 IS, 1.4x conv, 1/100, f22, ISO 400, RAW, RSE, CS2, -2 exp to stop sun blowing.
Hi All,
Took the advice of a few peeps on the forum, and had a good drive round my local area looking for landscapes. This shot of the Sun setting is behind St Mary's church (Great Henny), this church tower is featured in the BG of one of Thomas Gainsborough's paintings (Cornard Wood 1748). It has also featured in the news the last couple of years as the Tower is wooden framed with Cedar "tiles" this has attracted the Woodpeckers "drumming" for a mate!
All comments welcome
Regards
Rob

Very atmospheric shot Rob
Be nice to have done a video timelapse of this sunset scene, and I can hear the sound of roosting corvids just looking at it
