We're headed up to see my inlaws and I was wondering if anyone knows of any winter birding spots in Michigan (between Ann Arbor/Lansing).
Thanks for any information.

This is a tough one for me Laurie.. I hunker down in the winter.. I did a search and came up with this web page though.. Looks interesting! I'm going to give it a read too..
Hey Laurie, I don't know if I'm too late to answer your question, but the largest state park in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan is very close to Ann Arbor. It's Waterloo State Recreation Area, and boasts about 20,000 acres of forest, lakes, wetlands, etc. Should be easy to find on any Delorme, but it's pretty spread out so check out the maps at the Visitor Center first. Also, I believe the Pinckney State Recreation Ares is right next to it, and a bit further north. There is a state wildlife area AND a state park within 15-20 minutes drive of Lansing (can't remember the names off hand). A bit of checking in a Delorme Gazetteer or on the Michigan DNR website should get you more details. You won't have any trouble finding possible spots - I don't do much birding though so can't speak to the species you might expect....
