Back -- North Park
Back to RMNP after a long absence. Here's something from the interim. North Park, west from Walden, CO. There is a 29" brown trout (with a sore mouth) just downstream from the island in the center of this image. Nikon Coolpix 5600, ISO 50, 1/290 s, f/4.9. Digitally reworked to remove telephone lines and pole, apply ND gradient to sky.

Nicely done, 29" is a monster trout for most any waters, especially a shallow stream like this one. Good job on "both" captures.

So that wasn't taken over the weekend?? Neat pic and super congrats on the trout! That is indeed a monster worthy of a fish tale.

Hey Patrick, nice shot and glad to see you posting again. I have not seen you since our excursion in Steamboat two summers ago, I hope all is well.
