I am starting a new website that will be dedicated to Photoshop Elements users and digital photography. I have just recently put it on-line and hope to generate some interest. An on-line Forum and Photo Gallery are available as well as plans to incorporate video technique tutorials in the near future.

Knowledge and information are power and the more resources we have the better.

Hope to see some experts drop in to share their techniques and experience, as well as some beginners who are interested in learning what Photoshop Elements has to offer.

I was able to get to the homepage, but there did not seem to be any content as of yet.

I haven't made the photoshop purchase yet and would be very intereted to see what elements has to offer.

I have used Photoshop Elements a few times, but I have Photoshop CS3 & don't need Elements. However, Elements CD came with one of my Canons. To me, it seems a pared down Photoshop with most of the same basic features for editing photos. I think it is a good choice for people with small budgets - about $99. Certainly better than other photo editing software since you can open Photoshop documents in Elements & later open in full Photoshop. I have recommended it to my amateur & semi-pro family & friends.

Elements is a fine image editor and costs just $55 (after $20 rebate at Amazon).
You can learn a lot more about Elements at the Photoshop Elements Techniques site, which is an excellent resource:

Hey Mike
I went to the site and it looks good so I joined. I teach Photoshop Elements and Digital Photography in a high school so this may be a great asset to me and my students. Looking forward to the experience.
