Wood Duck, Drake taken at the Ghost River about thirity miles East of Memphis, Tennessee - Deep hardwood forest . . . Wetlands . . .

Canon 10D 200 ISO - 400mm lens hand held ƒ6.3 @1/400 -1/3 EC . . .AV mode Pattern metering . . .

Standard Post Production in Photoshop CS originally now in CS3 . . . small crop

Prints very well at 13 x 19 on Epson Printer - Monitor and printers profiled and tested . . .

I worked on this project for nearly year to get the images I wanted . . .

Hi a nice colourful image, unfortunately it doesn't look so sharp probably due to how it has been compressed for the web.

Does look a tad soft, but will take your word for it that it's not, and nice to see one of these not photographed in a waterfowl collection!

It won't be long Mark, one came paddling past me on the Oxford canal earlier this year. Another nice colourful one Dewey. :wavey:
