I've foolishly managed to nagger my 468 Ball Head.

There was a click as I was tightening the Ball Lock Knob and then the Knob and Friction Adjuster assembly popped out. I have all the bits and initially thought I'd sheared the pin, but looking at a drawing on the Manfrotto site the pin looks like it should be in two parts.

Any ideas as to how to fix, drawings showing how it should be assembled or failing that anywhere I can get it repaired.

Many thanks

Chris

A number of years ago I had a Bogen Manfrotto Ball Head with a cracked ball. I went to their site and found that they would fix any ball head for a flat $30 fee. I don't know if this is still their policy. I was pretty disappointed that the head failed so catastrophically in cold weather (15 degrees F) that I did not get it repaired, but rather bought a Markins M 10.

Good luck with your repair. Let us know how you make out.
