Haven't posted in a long time, been busy with some other things, but I am spending some time with my wife and daughter out in Sunriver, and occasionally getting to take some images.
Took this along the Deschutes earlier today.
Specs:
Nikon D-100
Sigma 15-30 @ 23mm
1/90 @ f11
Thinking of heading back out with the 4x5 to reshoot it.

Ned,
Yeah, it's been awhile since I have been around. Things have been good.
Thanks.

Makes me cold just to look at it, Conor!
For me, it would work a bit better as a pano, cropped just above the trees, and just below the debris pile on the right. The debris and background ponderosa grove make for a nice river shot and provide a story. With scenes like these, I usually end up converting to B&W. That could help create a fit more depth in the mid and background.

Looks like winter! I agree with the others regarding the FG, esp. the shrub on the right.

Thanks guys. I do have one with a tighter crop in camera, but picked this one out.
