Hey guys,

I woke up and saw one of the most beautiful sunrises over Pikes Peak. :jump:
Unfortunately I was watching it from my window so there are houses, etc... in the shot. Hopefully one of you faithful was out shooting this morning. If so please do post.

I have a party to go to now. But I will post a shot of the color once I return.

It was a beautiful morning up here too! I managed to get out and am just downloading the photos from the camera now. If I have anything decent I'll post it on the forum later.

I had the Rampart Range overlook all to myself! I was sure someone else would show up. I'm about to download the images. I'll post something when I get a look at them. It was a pretty show!

Ok,

Here is the sunrise I woke up to this morning. This is the ultimate in 'Lazy' photography. Wake up, point and shoot:

The clouds and color looked perfect for shooting landscapes.

That last one is nice! Should have been on RRR this morning! Might sneak up Mt Herman Rd in the morning. Hope Santa doesn't catch me!

Thanks John. The moon was dropping right over your house. The angle is pretty far to the north of Pikes Peak right now. Tommorrow morning has potential if not socked in with clouds.
