Good evening & happy holidays to all.

Does anyone have any experience with the Rokinon Digital Battery Grip for Canon EOS XT/ XTI Cameras & if so what was it?

Thank you,

Rich, though I have no experience with the Rokinon unit, I have used the Canon version of this type of product before on an EOS 1n. The extra battery capacity can be useful, but it's really no big deal simply carrying an extra battery. The vertical-hold release button is nice, but I never had any issue with using the camera's button for vertical holds. The Rokinon unit looks huge, so my feeling is that it will degrade the portability of the camera more than any benefit it may provide.

I hope this insight is helpful!
