I went out to RMA today and found everything covered with hoar frost. While waiting for the bison to do something, I took this shot of Mt. Audubon at sunrise with a 600mm. There is too much atmosphere between the mountains and me, but I thought it looked pretty cool.

It looks like he is saying "It is down right cold out here man!" He even has snow in his teeth.
I wish the Garden had that much snow on the ground this morning. It was surprisingly dry. Oh well maybe this next blast tomorrow will cover it more.

Man, that first shot elicited an audible "Ooo!" from me! My wife probably thought I was looking at pr0n on the Internets or something! Then I scrolled down and saw the others. Great stuff! Wish you'd taken these LAST winter, for obvious (to Dave and me) reasons.
