Santa kindly brought me a lenscoat for my Sigma 500/4.5 Aswell as the slide on tube parts this has some bits to stick on to the lens collar and filter ring. Does anyone know if these cause long term damage to the lens surface - obviously if I want to sell the lens in the future I may want to remove them....

Thanks

The waterproof hood cap & bag are great IMHO, ready for action and the camera is ready to be deployed on both 300 2.8 & 500 f4

Also unless you are going to buy another 500 4.5 why would you need to take it of?

Does not leave residues.

A bit of lighter fuel and elbow grease will always work if you change your mind :jump:
