Your Thoughts? Thanks for looking.

I hope everyone has a Happy New Year.

Gale, the larger version is very nice, though I think I might like it in b&w more. Also, the sharpening seems a bit much for a shot like this... it seems to go against the soft overall feel. But it's still a great shot!

Happy New Year to you too.

Happy New Year, Gale. I like the B&W version better, and have to echo John's comments about sharpness - too many halos for me. Probably just an artifact of resizing. I really like the feel of the image, though. Very nice!

HNY Gale, another nice photo. It seems as though to me that the b&w version imparts a 'different' feel and I also prefer it to the color version. Well done!

I like your composition too, Gale. And, I'd have to go with the BW version. The sharpening does seem a little strong for the mood here.

Gale, the b/w shot posted here captures a nice moody feel. I like the pano format too. My area had thick low lying clouds this morning and I got my hopes up of capturing Stranger Creek in this same mood. But instead of being a low lying fog, it was a low hanging cloud and the creek was clear as a bell. Darn! Oh well, maybe next time!

very moody, I agree with the rest that the b/w is best

Gale, I will go with the crowd on this one, I like the B & W version the best. What was the location?

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Tom, I shot this at Ben Geren park, one morning before work.
