Just a heads-up that the Weekly Challenge starting tomorrow, submitted by me, could be kind of a fun one for us RMNPers. The theme is "Movie Titles." Lots of possibilities with that one, eh? "Red Dawn," "Mystic River," even current releases like "Enchanted" (which I saw today, and instantly fell in love with Amy Adams). Get creative ("The Untouchables" to show a cactus detail?), and post some pics! Let's get some RMNP representation over there!

I just saw Joe Kayne's awesome Oxbow Bend shot over on ESS, and immediately thought of "Pretty in Pink."

this sounds fun, but what/where is ESS?

Art, ESS is an abbreviation for the Earth Sea and Sky forum here on NPN. -Arlen

Todd, Super Excellent idea for a weekly challenge!! So many possibilities. I'll be sure to post some pics this week.

Hey guys, Todd is right. The Weekly Challenge is a great place to submit photos. We seem to be getting more representation than a while back but there are some good images posted there.

I went for "Night of the Living Dead," a scene I shot at Zion National Park and have another movie title lined up and ready to go.

Next week is Man and Ice--anything from icicles to ice sculpture. I submitted that one.

C'mon and play.

At the least it seems to be the most popular Weekly Challenge topic in a long time... Should be an interesting showing.
