I know that Tom is busy putting together next years itinery, but one question that doesn't seem to have asked is; which weekend day do people actually prefer - Saturday, Sunday or a balanced mixture of the two.
Saturdays +ves probably quieter, easier long distance travelling - fewer day trippers etc, -ves but at a cost of doing ones weekend chores....
Sunday +ves (for those married) less grief as you should have done your weekend helping bit yesterday..... -ves, tends to be busier
The itinery is almost ready but, like a muppet, I forgot to transfer server FTP details when I move to a new computer hence why the site is a tad out of date - I am awaiting a reply with said details from Jim...

I'm happy for any day, even weekdays for "a special" location. I have a wife (to be) but she is happy for me to follow my hobby.
I'd even be interested in a two dayer with sleeping over night, but that may be a little much for some.

Hi,
Saturday / Sunday fine by me. My wife doesn't mind which day she cracks the whip .

I would prefer Saturdays as they tend to be less crowded around my way at least. Whatever you choose is fine though. I hope to get to some this year and put some faces to names.

Just to buck the trend, I prefer weekdays!
Weekends are fine, either day, but she who... ends up wanting to come along for the jolly!
