Honey pot, Slimbridge
Bonjour
Went to slimbridge today, weather was fine for the best part of the day, lot`s of duck. I wanted to photograph as many species as possible on digital format.
They was 5 pintail on one of the lake in the reserve. Those were fully winged birds. one male came quite closed and started to feed in front of me....I let go my usuall BURST and ended up with this.
The picture was taken with my crapy Canon eos mark 3(it has not been repaired yet and it is a really pooooooooooor camera! to say the least)And the 500mmm and 1.4 converter

Different take on a Pintail - nicely spotted. Bet Slimbridge was busy yesterday!

Hi Frederic

A great shot and an unusual one!!
Considering how busy it was both in and out of the water its a brilliant shot!

Very clever Frederic. How come when I take this shot it is just a duck's bum and when you do it, it becomes an interesting picture?? Are there tablets I can get. And with a crappy camera too.
