At last I have a beautiful print storage cabinet - the kind with wide, deep shelves. I'd like to find some suggestions and opinions on paper to use as an interleave between my stored, large prints. Thanks in advance for ideas and hopefully some specific paper types and where to find them.

Ned, the Apollo Tissue paper from Light Impressions is widely used for this purpose.

Ned,
I also use the Apollo paper. It is the same paper they line portfolio boxes with and it is archival, making it perfect for long term storage.

Ned,

I've been using Archivart's Photo-Tex Tissue paper for this purpose:

Thanks guys for your suggestions. Both of these options look perfect for my application.

I have a 100% rag vellum. Sounds pretty similar to the Apollo but I do not know who made this paper. It was included in a map chest that I purchased. Its a good product that prevents scuffing of prints.

Another vote for the Apollo Tissue.
