Roll on late summer evenings eh - it's been grey and wet seemingly forever here (couldn't get out when the sun finally shone on Saturday either!) so as a new years resolution I'm having a claearout of some unprocessed stuff from last couple of years - and found this very late evening Slavonian Grebe silhouette from an Icelandic Summer!

Wish I had some unprocessed stuff like this. I like everything about it.

Beautiful stuff Mark, another Lake Myvatn speciality no doubt?
Very nice and different. Its this sort of image that transends the boundary between photography as a recording medium (objective and mechanistic) and that of an art form (subjective and empirical). Kudos. Hope to be back there this summer.
