Haven't done much shooting the past couple of weeks. I did get out one morning around Christmas time. There was I nice frost and I found these leaves.

Your thoughts and ideas appreciated.

I noticed this shot on your blog, and wondered why you hadn't posted it here. It's very nice. I like all the curvy lines, among other things.

Nice image Gale - I really like the center leaf as it goes from shadow to light. One of the more intriguing bits is the lower right corner and the golden color of the leaf there. I almost wish I could see more of that.

Gale, really nice shot. I always struggle to find interesting patterns in fallen leaves. This is a fine composition and I had the same thoughts as Tim B., I like the center leaf and lower right leaf because of the warm tones in contrast to the cool blues of the frost. Very nice intimate shot!

(And Tim, it's scary to think I had the same reaction as you ... maybe there's hope for me as a real photographer yet! )
