Member Information Needed

As part of our ongoing work on the MWNP web site, I would like to create a page that lists our members by state and includes some limited contact information.

If you would like to be included, please email me at the link below with:

Your Name
Where You Live (City, State)
Website Address (if applicable)
Email Address

I will not spell out your email on the page, but rather will use a button or other link like NPN uses.
