Nancy just blew my mind and I am now the proud owner of a Canon 1D Mark III!!! WooooooooooooooooooHooooooooooooooooo!!! She tells me its reward for surviving the past year's "semi-colon" adventure. Miles n miles of smiles!!! Many Thank You's Nancy!!!
And and and Glazers "had" a Canon 85mm f/1.2 L Series II that was barely used for $500.00 off retail. Nancy is now the proud owner of that gnarly light bucket!!! Nancy's belly button day is next month so the belly button angels came early for her. We just couldn't say no to $500.00 off what is arguably one of Canon's VERY best lenses.
So now all I gotta do is get past this damn cold/pneumonia I've been fighting and get out and SHOOT!!!

Rick,
From what I have seen of your work, the camera might help, but you already have enough going on that the camera will only be an small part of your vision. ( But I'd take it if you ever dont need it!!!!).
Good luck in 08 . I looking forward to meeting you.
JG
That's got to be the mother of all birthday presents - congrats!

Well I'll have to say it's a reeward well earned. That is one heck of a camera.
Now don't be going out before you are %100 better. I know the temptation wil probably be over whelming. Happy shooting and congrats on the camera and your recovery.
