Took advantage of the brief break in the cloud cycle we had yesterday. I'm looking forwarding to taking even greater advantage when we get the more extended break in the next few days.

40d/sigma 10-20.

Trevor, Nice action-packed photo. Any chance you shot this near Rosario Head last night? If so, I just got done cloning you out of my photo! I may head up to Mt. Baker this week to ski/photograph and spend a night out on the snow...

An interesting shot for sure. I love that flowing water in the foreground but the rest leaves me wanting.

This section of deception pass isn't as nearly as open as a section like david's shot, and not exceptionally conducive to foreground usage either ( at least from where I was shooting with limited time). I wanted to capture the small action of the wave ( there aren't many waves to choose from in dp) from this section. Unfortunately there were two large rocks on either side, the one on the left being of a much greater height, which left a dilemma of exposing an appropriate amount of sky and maintaining balance between the two disproportionate rocks on the sides.

David: Hmm, this was shot at rosario, but I was concealed fairly well by a rock wall; you would have had to have been shooting directly behind me or something. I don't want to offend you or anything, but I think you're more conspicuous than that. I did, however, see a guy roaming the area in a light-blueish sweatshirt about 30 minutes passed sunset atop the higher cliff.

Good luck at baker; I can assure you I'll be having less fun.
