I am thinking about traveling up to Lake Mattamuskett NC to photograph some waterfowl. I have never been there but I would like to try and get some shots on Saturday. My wife has friends coming into town so i thought about riding up (Garden City SC).
Do any of you have experience on where to go to photograph waterfowl? Any suggestions because I have never been there and I know its hunting season. I don't want to disturb the hunters or trespass.

On 12/21 there was a post about the lake that might be able to help you. A couple of the guys from the forum were going down there to shoot. If you need any more assistance let me know, I used to live near there and can probably direct you to a few spots.
