Bonjour
I do not know about you but the weather we have now in Bucks Is TEEEERRRRRRIIIIBBBLLLLE!!!
This picture is from last spring, it is something that I have photograph only twice in my life. The mating of hare is very fast and you have to be on the spot to capture it.i was lucky but I was there.
This was taken with the 1dm2n and the 500mm and the 1.4at 250asa
Bonne journee

Not a shot you see often. Unusual but I like it.
With reference to the weather - I have sunshine today at about 6 degrees. But they forcast rain from tomorrow onwards.
Shame you couldnt have been slightly higher to get a better view of the female but a great behvioral image as is

As someone who as spent many hours photographing hares, I can appreciate the rarity of this scene, even as a sighting - let alone a photograph. I am gob-smacked that you managed it. Very well done indeed!
