Hello everyone this is a shot I took in the mid afternoon in Grand Teton. A time of day I usually don't shoot. What are your thoughts on light and editing, etc.
Thanks Gale

Beautiful picture, Gale. The lighting is fine to me...the shadows aren't harsh, and the contrast is fine.. perhaps because you've done a good job of keeping your highlights from being too bright? The sharpness seems just right. And I like the combination of blues, greens and golds.

It looks like a candidate for a calendar.. Good color and the grasses in the fg give good balance.

Gale, I'm finding that images like these are the ones that get printed in calendars and magazines. As mentioned, you've done a very nice job of controlling the light and I like the layers and the way the grasses mirror the distant mountaintops. Nicely done in my book!

No nits from me. Nice job in controlling the light in what is usually a difficult situation.

Gale, I think I will just sum it by saying it is a nice picture to look at.
