How about the Met Office and the weather forecasters for a start .

Take a long hard look at Jeroel's Dipper in the rain image, and be inspired to go and shoot some great bad weather images, we have the technology, lets use the weather conditions creatively.

I am one of those people for whom landscapes with cloudless blue skies have very little appeal. A nice stormy sky makes a landscape for me - go and get yourself a good soaking Paul

Hi Barrie, and Nigel, the issue, is that it looks to be just grey mush tomorrow in my neck of the woods. If it was going to be stormy or something it would be worth it. I dont think its even going to rain on saturday, though it will on sunday looking at it again.

Now i know why many post old images from the archives...

Landscapes can be great in bad weather as I'm sure most subjects can be if you approach them right. I take a little umbrella with me to protect the lens element from rain when its exposed. There will certianly be loads of overflowing streams, waterfalls etc ... enjoy the free time! I wish I had some ... Tristan

Hi Paul,

The first spring flowers are showing like Snowdrops and Daffodils, might be worth a try.

Regards

Great advice from Nigel Blake, you can't change the weather. Why not do some prospecting, look for places to go so that you don't waste the good light looking for new spots. Or get a feeding station set up somewhere.
