Barnack Hills and Holes
Canon 33V, Sigma 24mm, full frame, converted to mono and contrast.

First image post in a couple of years. Not really taken that many photos in that time, and am still using film. Taken almost a year ago on a misty morning. Original is on Velvia, but was rather disappointing so I converted and upped the contrast. Does it work?

Of all the places I know of I somehow never thought I'd see the Hills and Holes here - and especially not such a good shot of it! I really like this - the path makes a great lead in and the mist adds lots of depth and atmosphere. If anything I'd be tempted to add more contrast to the lower half of the image - try to brighten it a little also. May not work though. Good stuff, look forward to seeing more. Tristan

Thanks for the comments guys.

Phil, although I come down to Kent fairly frequently, I've been living in Peterborough for the best part of two years now, so not so local any more!
