As I'm writing this, I'm really reminding myself that I am a glutton for punishment. With each and every week it is getting harder to make a definitive selection. So many great images that meet the theme; however, I hardly think I can submit 25 names to Jim as my EP. Boy, don't I wish. My life would be much simpler.
So, kudos to all of you for this past week.
Next week the challenge is: Weekly Challenge #315 (01/20/08 - 01/26/08) Something is Missing - Submitted by Daniel Moore. Photos of things that are missing (a flower with missing petals, a park with no children, a tree with no leaves, a dried up creek bed, extraordinarily low water in a place such as Lake Mead, a missing waterfall, etc.).
I've gone for the obvious but I still had fun shooting it, and I'll post it later tonight.
In the interim, I'm working on a list of criteria to use as I make selections. This is the big picture:
THEME
TECHNICAL QUALITY
COMPOSITION
EMOTIONAL APPEAL
THE WOW FACTOR
I'm putting together an article that goes into more detail.
Folks, please remember to include the number of the WC; e.g., WC #315 as part of your title.
And, as usual, I'm still looking for theme ideas.
Hey gals and guys, thanks for contributing to WC.

Carol,
Nice reminder. I like this weeks upcoming challenge and am racking my brain trying to think of something in my files... otherwise, shooting film... I'm not likely to get something real-time for the challenge.

This week's challenge should be a good one.
