The volume of images on ESS continues to grow both in number and quality. I love to page through these after work and add comments, but it's becoming an increasingly time-consuming task. I'm wondering if additional "Add Comment" buttons could be added. Leave the current "Add Comment" button in place, but add two more. One being "Add Comment and go to next image" and the other being "Add Comment and go to previous image." This would make my daily image review even more enjoyable as I wouldn't have to return to the same image just to see my comment before going to the next image. I could post my comment and go to the next image with just one click and not have the image page I've just comment on reload.

I like the idea also Tony, although I'm not sure how much I'd use the new button. For some silly reason I'm more likely to spot my typos on the gray background after I've posted than I am while typing the original version. I must say however that this feature would be wonderful in times when the NPN site is very slow, like it has been sometimes lately. The option would be nice. Gotta post now so I can check for typos......

Tony, great idea! Since I do my commenting by going through images one-by-one (i.e. next/previous), I'd use these (prospective) new buttons exclusively.

Great idea Tony. Hopefully the logistics of that can be worked out.
