Where are the eagles near Dubuque?

I am planning a quick run down to Dubuque in the next few days. Never been there for eagles.

Can anyone give me some directions to the good shooting spots along the river?

Around any of the locks and dams generally. You'll just have to explore a little. I know there were quite a few at the damn just down from Le Claire.
