I'm just getting around to some files from my trip to the UK and I thought I'd try this one in B&W -- any thoughts?

this works well in B&W. DO you also have it in color for comparison

Paul,

Nice shot. The midtones look good overall ad the composition is good. The clouds are a little too hot and slightly blown in a few parts.

Thanks Rich, I was thinking the same after I looked at it again -- I toned the clouds down. This is the color version, I think the light is not quite interesting enough though...

Looks great in color.

Once I saw this in color I had to look at it this way. Hope you dont mind. I cropped it and brightened the middle hills a nip.

Wish I had this one in my collection.

Thanks Rich, and no, I don't mind you playing with it at all. I like the crop, I might have to play around a little more with it myself.
