Hi Graeme,

Common bird, stunning image. Colurs are so good and the image is very sharp. Does really leap out of the screen at you.

Good work

Regards

Rob

Superb image - very well captured. Until last spring, these were the most common bird in my garden; now, none at all, and few in the local area. It looks like the decline is continuing where I am anyway...

Wonderful to see such a high quality image of something so overlooked. Andy's right it leaps out of the screen at you straight away.

Great stuff Graeme! It's funny (and also inspiring) to see truly great photos of such common 'everyday' species.

Like you, I have very little time - I haven't picked up my camera in anger since last November (and that was only for a wedding) :frown: But your shot has made me determined to get out there this weekend and take photos of anything!!!!!

Once again, excellent!

Super shot - I have not the time or even a camera at the moment and can't wait to get stuck back into things soon too!

Again very uncommon round here (Ashton-in-Makerfield) they seem to have been replaced by chaffinches. A superb image.
