How can I follow such superb comments on the first posting. Very humbled :jump:

Not quite in the same theme, but...

Hope you like it!

Loved the first one but this one doesnt work for me-the composition isnt bold enough IMHO,I would crop tighter putting the emphasis on the eye cutting off the left side up to the head

love the colours Steve, the pinks showing in the head are very nice coupled with the black bg works well, agree with Dave about the lhs though.

Interesting Dave, my fear was that it was getting too 'Shell Awards' feely if I cropped in, plus I quite liked the 'texture' of the feathers in the bottom corner. Saying that, no harm in playing with the crop, but will not repost as it might be over kill!

Appreciate the C&Cs. BTW how are the Goldeneyes? :wavey:

You've followed it very well Steve - super shot :toast:

Daves' crop suggestion is perfect. :wavey:

Thanks Stu & Andy. Paul think I might have to wait to get something 'in motion' so to speak. Perhaps tigers, leopards or even crabs. Lets see what this year brings.

Appreciate taking the time to look.

Hi Steve,

The first one was awesome and this is a good follow on. It never hurts to try different crops. Nice one!
