looking for free photoshop video tutorials online

I got my Fred Miranda Velvia and Intellisharpen plugins and I'm having fun learning them. What I'm really looking for is an online video tutorial on dodging and burning. I thought I saw it mentioned here before so if anyone knows, I'd be grateful.

I believe I've seen some related to dodging and burning, but check out some podcasts. I prefer to watch through itunes, but you don't necessarily need it.
