Dream Tetons: 2 versions
I couldn't sleep last night until i had finished this vision i had of Grand Teton. I can't decide between these two slightly different color versions--which do you think is better? Thanks!

Here's version #2; more red/blue output.

I prefer number 2 Stan, how did you do these?

I think probably the second is the cleaner look. The green gets a little muddy in the tree reflections.

I agree with Mel, the second one looks cleaner. How did you accomplish this? What did the original look like?

Bert/Bill: dont have the original handy, but it might still be on this forum from last winter, its a sunrise shot i took of the tetons. I selected just the range, then did a reflection, and used PS to create the gradients and effects, i used the original colors and pattern/texture for the effects. Then just added moon and some adjustments. Took about 3 hours, about a dozen layers in various blending modes.
Ahh; here's the original:

Are you absolutely sure you weren't sleeping when you did these? They look like dreamscapes. I think I like #2 better, but they're pretty similar.

I like #2 better, but I must admit I have never imagined the Tetons looking like an island in the ocean. Very creative.

all ya need is a wolf on top of the mountain to complete the illusion. It sure looks different and I think I like #2 better.

Dont give me ideas, John  It sounds like the consensus is going to #2--which is good cause that's how i was leaning so it's less confusion for me!

Very cool, Stan. I'm gonna go with #2 as well.

I've got to go with number 2 also. There seems to be a slight bet more differentialition between the mountain and the reflection in it. Nice job.
